Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are free of stains, hair, or odors to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
